• Greet every guest with warmth and a big smile 😊
   
• Scoop and serve our premium ice cream and artisan coffee with care
   
• Handle orders accurately using our POS system
   
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and welcoming
   
• Suggest menu items and create sweet moments for every customer
   
• Work as a team player and bring positive energy to every shift 

• A positive attitude and love for people
   
• Strong communication and customer service skills
   
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
   
• Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
   
• Prior food service or retail experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person!
